"I have spent the better part of the last three decades in and around the film industry, working on several films, television shows, music videos, industrials, commercials, and web shows in a myriad of capacities.

But it has been in the writing that I have found the most satisfaction. Particularly in the short novel category. 

My latest novel Mojo marks a departure for me in many ways, not least of which the protagonist of the story, Karen Mojo, is my first female lead character, but also because I'm working in a genre, noir private detective, that has a substantive amount of tropes germaine to its structure. 

Writing Mojo was an act of love for me that has had a bittersweet conclusion attached since I actually wrote it for my father who loved detective stories. Sadly he passed before I was able to share any of the work with him."
